Users were abandoning legacy matchmaking platforms due to slow messaging sync, clunky interfaces, and complex payment steps on mobile devices.

Engineered an elegant, modern mobile experience using Cloud Firestore for sub-second bidirectional chat, responsive shortlist carousels, and native in-app purchases with secure payment gateways.
